The blockchain-based market seemed to have completely collapsed, but in January 2024, the market began to stir again along with the value of Bitcoin. The Bitcoin halving in April and the US presidential election in November will be factors that will shake the market, and in the market where the Ethereum mainnet was dominant, the Solana mainnet is dominating the market along with meme coins and NFTs. Snowseed also wants to push for renewal once again by establishing a firm vision at the moment when it is taking the lead in the RWA market based on the Solana mainnet and moving forward with the vision of basic income and coexistence. We are ready to create a sensation once again, and we hope to document the process in writing and create a space where we can communicate with holders who will be with Snowseed.
0. PUNKVISM, Punkyvist
The influence of a unified community is truly enormous, as we experienced firsthand in the past market. We look forward to how exciting it will be for us to be able to refer to holders as something different, not just holders. First, I would like to briefly explain the background of the creation.
We are people who started our business based on the motto of Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto’s cyperpunk spirit (a person or group that pursues individual freedom against the surveillance and censorship of large powers on the Internet by utilizing strong encryption technology). We want to challenge the vested interests with the adventurous spirit that fills our hearts.
After much thought, we were able to come up with a word that would express our vision and goals.
“PUNKVISM”
“Punkyvist”
“Punkyvist” is a term that merges “punky”, which signifies being rebellious or unconventional, with “activist”, someone who advocates for a cause. It describes a person who participates in activism with a defiant, non-conforming approach.
In order to re-establish the community and bring fun, we changed the nickname and project name. It may be the easiest problem, but it was a lot of process and pain to produce the result because it had to be able to express the vision and goals that Snowseed pursues.
We will call our project name PUNKVISM and we will refer our community activity holders as Punkyvist.
Holders who participated in the Web 3.0 market were all early adopters who were excited and jumped into the market faster than anyone else to see the process and results.
I thought about how well I could express our vision and goals to holders who participated in the market, and I would like to talk about the problems I felt while operating Snowseed and how I should improve in the future.
1. Community
If you have a community of 10,000 fans, you can secure 2.5 million potential customers.

The beginning and end of NFT is the community.
in Korea, Doge Sound Club(DSC) started with the belief that they could achieve great things in the Korean NFT market with the first title in the Korean Web 3.0 market with a unified community.
Their unity has produced truly amazing results. Before Metakongz came out, they promoted DSC to various communities with the belief that they could achieve anything, the first NFT title in Korea. As a result, the DSC NFT, which was airdropped for free and sold for 8 Klay, formed a price of over 4,500 Klay in November 2021.
This record is still being talked about and it can be said that it left a huge mark.

DSC has tried many times to expand the ecosystem through various attempts such as MATES and coins. However, as the market declined due to FTX, the U-Russia War, and the Luna incident, DSC’s price also fell significantly and it even became impossible to value it by price. The collapse of the market has dealt a blow to all the projects that led the market.

However, DSC holders who participated in the market still believe that DSC will come together and move forward and are waiting for the market to move again. Although there is no management, the holders have not disbanded. They are just crouching and waiting for a leap forward. This is the power of the community.
Metakongz and DSC have in common that they agreed on the vision they were trying to convey and worked hard with one mind and one purpose with one goal.
2. Punkvism
The era is at an inflection point like never before. Currency is preparing to be issued electronically in the digital era, and all digital assets are being created based on cryptocurrency, and I think that the era of Web2.0, Web3.0, or perhaps Ready Player One, may be coming soon. And if you ask if there has ever been an era where we felt such rapid change, the correct answer would be “no.” The market is changing that quickly, and companies are also busy creating new things to adapt to the changes.
At this point, as users and as individuals, we would like to refer to holders in this wind of change.
Punk is crooked. Or bad.
Activism means activism or activity.
Punkvism literally means crooked activity
and is a word that fits the “movement of adventurers resisting an unreasonable society.”
And maybe the word pirate would be more appropriate.
3. Punkyvist
We decided to combine the words punk (odd) and activist (activist) to refer to holders active in punkvism as punkyvist, or “those who are oddly active.”
We simply looked for rigid and adult toys like mutual growth and profit sharing, or maybe stocks. Snowseed also needed a playground and space where children can pursue pure fun and return to their childhood, laughing and having fun, but didn’t they have the adult-only idea that “making money is the most fun”?
Punkyvist is like a heretic, a pirate, and a dreamer.
When I was young, I really liked to see things from a different perspective or in my work. At that time, I thought it was a desire to try something new, but people around me often saw me as someone who lacked social skills and had strange thoughts. Looking back now, I think I tried to fit myself into society in order to become ordinary as a member of society, and I did foolish things that killed my brighter thoughts and perspectives.
CEO Ryanwas the same. He said that he had some extraordinary qualities since he was young, but he was obsessed with new experiences and tried to always bring out what was in his head from a new perspective through new experiences. Everyone has a desire for new things, and it is one of the activities that everyone has, and I think that in the current Web 3.0 market, this kind of altruistic thinking and way of thinking is experiencing something that fits with the times.
Punky Beast hopes to be people who agree with and can move forward with the cypher punk spirit, vision, and goals of Satoshi Nakamoto of Punkism. If such people form a community together and talk day and night, I think that someday we will be looking down from a distant mountain.
4. Community lacking cohesion
The value of the community is the root and everything that supports the project. The importance of the community cannot be emphasized enough, and the solidarity of the holders determines the project. That is why the importance of the community will continue to be mentioned in the future.
The community is a playground. Even if you throw a ball to children or take them to the playground, the children will play without stopping until the sun goes down.
RWA and NFT, which we thought were the foundation of Snowseed’s identity, are playgrounds and balls, so we threw the ball called RWA to the community and created a playground called NFT.
In order to activate the community, we continuously mentioned and emphasized the advantages of RWA NFT and various events. Holders were convinced that it was a project that could bring them great profits. But that was all.
We held various events on Discord and Open KakaoTalk and shared news about Snowseed through Twitter. In addition, they invested heavily in promoting the Snowseed project through Saga2 phone users, domestic and foreign famous influencers, and YouTubers.
However, strangely, the community did not expand, and the response from both domestic and overseas was cold.

Snowseed mobilized all sorts of methods to promote the project in order to resolve these two issues. They went on Twitter and sent DMs to famous celebrities, crypto-scene celebrities, mainnet representatives of various coins, and board members, hoping that they would join them and at least mention them.
However, in the end, the driving force ran out and they were unable to elicit a response from the market.
In the end, only a few people posted messages asking for greetings, and Snowseed was falling endlessly.
They were unable to bring about community cohesion.
We proceeded with rebranding based on the failure of Snowseed.
5. Ball, Playground
The Snowseed brand failed to attract the attention of many community holders, and we thought it was foolish to challenge the market with Snowseed and RWA. We decided to think about it again from the beginning with two meanings.
The first is fun.
A community should have an element of fun that is beyond compare to its participants, and it should be something that they can talk about 24 hours a day without getting tired.
The second is identity.
The Snowseed platform is clearly a platform based on Web 3.0. We mistakenly thought that Web 3.0 was created with Satoshi Nakamoto’s cyperpunk spirit, and we tried to approach it in the same way as the vested interests. It was a colorless platform that had no differentiation from the general market.
The third is Why
We believe that it is right to challenge the present and do everything differently.
We need to clearly understand why Snowseed entered the crypto market and what we are selling.
Of course, we did not try. However, we started out without clearly establishing an identity that could melt the two, so it is true that we had no choice but to separate them like water and oil. (snonft.com, snowseed.io)
However, we could not repeat the same mistake. There are holders who trusted us and purchased NFTs. We could not disappoint them any more, and fortunately, since we are supported by a solid real business, failure is not a complete failure, but trial and error, and we can move forward after reorganizing. However, there was no more going back. We had to make a decision here. Will we push forward the values that Snowseed had put forward here? Or will we boldly change them?
We started again with the idea that the ball called RWA was just a means to realize profits, not an attractive encyclopedia or textbook for holders. The space called NFT is great, but rather than the content called RWA that fills the space, we needed something like an attractive ‘ball’ that holders can talk about endlessly 24 hours a day.
Snowseed focused on fixing this.
6. Snowseed
Snowseed thought a lot about how we could contribute greatly to the business we were doing in Indonesia and share our values based on our Indonesian business. At that time, CEO Ryan said,
“Why don’t we do what we do best and are confident in?”
This was the beginning of Snowseed.
Snowseed took advantage of the RWA (Real World Asset) to take the lead in the RWA NFT market and started promoting it to the global market based on other large returns. At that time, the Indonesian market was a huge market even if you only look at the domestic market where all companies from around the world are trying to enter and do business, and the returns in all businesses, including finance, real estate, and healthcare, were incredibly large markets that we could not imagine.
I think it is in the same context that many advanced countries came in and developed Korea when it was a developing country and took the corresponding value.
It is definitely a great market for overseas investors and companies.
The Wise_Alya project that Snowseed first introduced is a PDT cancer hospital project with Siloam Hospital, the largest franchise hospital in Indonesia under Buckingham Holdings and Lippo Group.
In addition, Chairman Dr. Anang, who was formerly the director of Siloam Hospital, was promised to take office as the representative director, and since the medical system was very backward due to the nature of developing countries, the success of the project to expand the medical facility base was obvious. I will discuss Chairman Dr. Anang in detail later.
In Indonesia, 1 million patients go on medical expeditions to Malaysia and Singapore every year to receive treatment.
According to a domestic business valuation report, the business value reached 68.4 billion won when 50 patients were received per day, and this was the value when the number of patients visiting the hospital was minimal. It is widely expected that the hospital will be worth more than 100 billion won as soon as it starts operating.
Snowseed acquired shares through the Wise_Alya project and distributed the profits to Funky Beast, based on the Web 3.0 spirit such as basic income and the spirit of coexistence. The era in which companies lead everything is coming to an end, so we adopted a method of lowering corporate profits and increasing individual profits in line with the P2P era.
However, the market did not arrive in time, and we were not able to inform even some of those who were participating in the market of the values we thought. In addition, there was great difficulty in forming a community, and Snowseed thought, “The market has not yet come. When the market improves, people will naturally recognize our project.” In order to promote sales, we met with several companies and partners and presented the vision and goals of the Snowseed project going forward.
7. Goal and Snowseed Rebranding
Satoshi Nakamoto, the founder of Bitcoin, put forward the cyperpunk spirit. Cyperpunk is the spirit of “all individuals who advocate the widespread use of strong cryptography and privacy-enhancing technology as a means of social and political change” and is the world’s first cryptocurrency created solely based on the spirit of Person to Person without the involvement of a centralized government or organization.
Satoshi Nakamoto’s spirit also had a huge impact on the NFT market. Instead of putting forward his name and photo, he registered NFTs as profile pictures and used his nickname to express his inner self.
He worked completely anonymously and expressed his beliefs without worrying about anyone’s opinion. And people were enthusiastic.
Based on this perspective, we would like to present our goal with the motto of “A movement of adventurers resisting an unreasonable society” while inheriting the spirit of Satoshi Nakamoto and ensuring thorough anonymity.
8. Establish a vision, mission, and strategy
-If you are not first, you are all last
-The speed of decision and execution determines the success or failure of an organization and an individual.
-The condition of 24 hours a day is the same for both large corporations and general companies.
-A day in Web3 is a month in reality.
-Everyone should look in one direction.
-Web3.0 market participants are rebels and early adopters.
Based on the above, I thought a lot. CEO Ryan and Director Kevin have been running tirelessly with the above article as their motto, and Metakongz has been given the title of Korea’s best K-NFT that no one can deny. We concluded that we needed to establish a vision and mission and clearly explain the reason for it. We should have been able to present our own vision to unite the community, just like Metacong did. We overlooked that and want to reestablish our vision again.
When I heard stories from the Metakongz days, it was so lonely. The gap with the second place was so huge that no one could see it. However, it wasn’t completely lonely. There were countless inquiries for collaboration and we could do a lot of things without thinking.
Why should we only work with Metakongz? One of the reasons is the quick decision-making and results. Large corporations and general companies take a long time to decide and create something. However, because the quick decision-making and the driving force to push it forward and the results didn’t take long to produce, the holders cheered at the results they created without thinking. I think it was possible because everyone ran with one mind and one purpose toward the goal of becoming the best.
The rebel sons of Web3, or holders, cheered for the unprecedented Metakongz, and although there was much criticism, they also sent much support and praise.
9. Mission, Vision, and K-NFT

Plan
- Create jobs in the Metaverse world.
- Lead the global RWA NFT market.
- Create secondary Metakongz and issue ‘New Metakongz’ to heat up the Korean market once again.
- Create a huge ecosystem with non-cash virtual game tokens.
The K-NFT modifier, which has been around since Metakongz, is now being ridiculed as a NFT issued in Korea, or kimchi NFT. The Korean NFT market has collapsed, but I think the potential of K-NFT will be more attractive, aggressive, and enterprising than any other market.
To quote CEO Ryan from the Metakongz days, “Korea is a cultural powerhouse and has the strongest competitiveness in the world. When world-famous NFTs contacted us, the one thing that was always there was a connection with K-Entertainment. I am confident that we will be able to make good use of Korean content and expand it infinitely in the metaverse world.”
That method has been shown since Metakongz, and the vision and goals that Metakongz showed were carried over to Snowseed, and we plan to continue to use the K-NFT modifier to reorganize and continue it.
I think that K-NFT will not just sell NFT PFPs, but will be able to clearly show the value, vision, and goals of K-NFT.
Although the project started in Indonesia, its roots are in Korea, so we are working with a greater sense of mission to revive the market once again.
