Thanks to the efforts of our development team, who worked closely with Magic Eden, the issue has been fully addressed and resolved!
Cause of the Issue
As one of the largest NFT platforms in the world, Magic Eden handles an immense volume of NFT listings. This sometimes leads to server overloads and algorithm errors, which can cause issues like listings not displaying correctly.
However, through continuous collaboration with Magic Eden, our team was able to manually process and resolve the problem entirely.
How the Issue Was Resolved
1️⃣ Ongoing Communication with Magic Eden
Our development team worked closely with Magic Eden’s technical team to identify and address the root cause of the issue.
2️⃣ Manual Processing
The affected listings were carefully reviewed and restored through a manual process, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
3️⃣ Complete Resolution
As of today, all Punky Kongz listings are now displaying properly, and the issue has been fully resolved!
