We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment we caused to our Punky Kongz prospective holders regarding our partnership with Fairmont Hotel. It is with deep regret that we inform you that the hotel reservations and buffet discounts we promised were not provided to the full extent anticipated.

Firstly, we wish to inform you that the accommodation rates for the Fairmont Gold Room and Signature Suite, including breakfast for two, have slightly increased. Additionally, unlike the initial information provided, reservations will not be available during the Fireworks Festival, Christmas, and New Year periods. Moreover, the Spectrum Buffet discount will not be available during December. Please refer to the attached table for detailed information.

The adjustments were necessary as Fairmont Hotel management initially intended to offer extensive benefits; however, the operations team emphasized the need for a reasonable agreement aligned with hotel interests and 2025 price considerations. We chose to respect this decision to maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the hotel.

We reflect deeply on the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we are sincerely sorry that our lack of preparedness disrupted your plans. We realize that you were looking forward to an enjoyable experience through these benefits, but instead, we caused confusion and inconvenience. This incident has reinforced our commitment to thoroughly examine and manage future partnerships with even more diligence.

Additionally, we assure you that all partnership terms and conditions will be rigorously reviewed to prevent similar issues in the future. To all affected Punky Kongz holders, we are planning appropriate compensation after the airdrop. We will soon provide a detailed plan to meet your expectations and fulfill our responsibility.
